wrong amount of items sent, 11 of the items went missing!

Hi there, I have ordered 18 stroller cool seat liner on 20Mar 2021. I have ordered 4 checks, 4 dinosaurs, 4 busy life and 7 great bear. I am totally out of shocked I have just received one parcel box with only 6 cool seat liners (I have got 3 checks, 1 dinosaur, 1 busy life and 1 great bear) So 11 of them went missing!!!!!! I have never received them and it is said delivered in NaverPay. May I know is there any mistake in the delivery? Where are my 11 cool seat liners that I have paid for? Please reply me as soon as possible. Thanks.
